Our cooler went out. Within 1 day of approval they come out at 7 am and had the job done. We not only recommend them, we would not accept anyone else.

I had a large hot water tank replace by Verde Sol Air. 3/24/2017

Recently I had a large and probably expensive hot water tank fail. Verde Sol-air was very responsive to my call and within a two day period had a new one installed. Three service techs arrived and had the installation completed in a short time and hot water was restore to my house. I have had no issues since and to make things even better the tank in question had a life time warranty. more

Fantastic overall experience 3/16/2017

Really, really great! Request Dan Thomas if you can. What a wonderful professional and human being! On time, courteous, sincere, gracious and quick he was! It was an experience I was apprehensive about as I have never had to have my HVAC serviced before and he made the whole process easy, pleasant and actually down right awesome! I thought the service charge was fair as well as the time it took to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them and I would obviously call upon them again should I need to. Thanks Dan! You rock!!! Oh, and the girl who scheduled my appointment was super great too-she was very patient with me, kind and informative. more

Happy and Warm 3/4/2017

I am very happy and thankful for the professional and friendly service by Paul and John from Verde SolAir. Because of the complexity of the unit that needed to be replaced it took several weeks for the part to arrive, but when it did Paul and John completed the job fast and gave us much needed heat in the coldest time of the year. Paul and John demonstrate the epitome of customer service that appears to be lacking with many company now of days. Thank you Verde Sol Air. more

Emergency water heater repair 2/14/2017

The water heater [hot] exit hose had a pinhole leak. i.e. misty spray. When I realized what the problem was, I called and initiated an emergency repair. John, the tech, called to insure that I understood the cost of a weekend service call. When I replied that I had no choice, John gave me an arrival time and he arrived at the time specified. The work was done in an efficient manner with wonderful skills and all was well when John left. more

Good, but... 2/3/2017

Unfortunately, Verde Sol-Air is not as good as they used to be when it comes to geothermal units. They installed our unit and we've used them for maintenance ever since. For the past 2 - 3 years they really haven't had any technicians on staff who were trained and experienced in this area. The last technician we had was extremely courteous, but he spent most of his time on the phone back to the owner trying to diagnose our issue. I don't know if there's training the owner can seek out for his employees, but it would be a good investment in the future of the company. more

Waiting on scheduling of annual check-up on furnace 1/10/2017

Seems there is turnover in the office and so slow to return phone calls or supply a copy of my renewal of service contract. Finally received the information I requested after two weeks. more
