One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I live in Willow Glen and have tried to support downtown merchants, but this will be the last time.
I purchased an outdoor fountain with pump costing over $1,000. The pump that was sold with the fountain was the wrong flow rating. Despite repeated calls over several weeks to get it exchanged, Veranda was not able to perform this seemingly simple customer service request. I ended up purchasing a pump with variable flow rating from another vendor (for less than half the price Veranda charged I might add).
I returned the original pump to Veranda back in early July and still have not received credit despite repeated calls to previous and current owners of the business. I will be filing a complaint with a certain bureau as this is approaching borderline fraud.
Pros: Nice looking fountains
Cons: Poor customer service
