Horrible Service!!! The worst place I have ever been to. The recepcionist treat customers as if she were doing you a FAVOR booking you or giving you an appointment. The people that are there I dont think are certified , because they honestly have no clue what they are doing. If I could I would stop getting my treatments there but unfortunatly I paid the full package and there are NO REFUNDS even if the fault is on them. They never have appointments. The place is filthy. They had no light for like a week. I regret choosing to get my treatment there sooo much ... please if you are thinking about going there rethink it. I promise you , you will not like the service. When you first get there and are intrested they are very nice and they promise you everything ... but wait until you pay and then you will get the service they really deliver. I hate venus med spa... it should be closed!!!! more
