Perfect experience. 11/20/2010

I went to the Bridal Boutique in Columbia first...and I felt bullied the whole time I was there. Then I went to Venus Bridal. It was fantastic. A young woman (the daughter of the owner I think) really worked with me and my budget. There was a great selection in a range of prices. She helped me in and out of dresses. And I found my dream dress at a dream price. It arrived in less than a month at almost the perfect size--so minimal alterations. There is nothing negative I can say about my experience. I've been smiling since I picked up the dress. (Yay!) I'll be coming back for bridesmaid dresses. more

The worst customer service ever 6/9/2009

first of all take it from this life lesson never order a dress you can't try on first to see if you like it and at Venus you can't do that unless you are a size 2 so yes we are healthy size women after they sized us they made everyone pay money for extra fabric the dresses are in and nobody can fit there dress the bride can walk right out of her gown after she was adv she must pay $100 more for fabric my dress does not fit me I can fit a small child in the dress with me we we first talked about the price to have the dresses altered we were adv it would not be over $45 the brides maids were told $90 to fix all the dresses but wait the bride would be another $450.00 to take of the extra fabric they made us pay for let me just say I wish i would have talked with others about this shop before we went turns out this isn't the first they have done this to people Cons: everything more
