Been to them several times.... they stand by their product.\r I own Sunset Kidd Sailing, Santa Barbara. When I have to go to them to fix the hydraulic ram... I have to shut down...

Been to them several times.... they stand by their product.\r I own Sunset Kidd Sailing, Santa Barbara. When I have to go to them to fix the hydraulic ram... I have to shut down my entire Santa Barbara Sailing business, www.sunsetkidd.com.\r They agree to receive my ram and expedite my service.... all in one day. Once, on the purchase of a new ram, they measured out my old one... made a mistake, but rapidly corrected it and there I am, back out sailing on the Pacific Ocean. more

Its Series 400 Ratcheting Jacking Claw products are in use worldwide in areas that include the Santa Barbara Channel and the North Sea. Its skidding equipment is capable of moving the drilling rig and the pipe rack in a combined move, with a dead weight of more than 500 tons. Since 1965, the company has successfully serviced mining, offshore, mobile, refuse and agricultural equipment. The company is located in Ventura, Calif.
