I highly recommend Ventura County Motorsports. I've been taking my bike to PJ's shop for 4 years now. The service is excellent. His life is motorcycles and it's evident right from when you walk in the door. He speaks a different lingo. He's in contact with everyone in the industry; he always gets you the best deals on parts; and the quality of the work is top notch. He usually goes above and beyond the job you dropped your bike off for too, just to do the it correctly. He'll fix the small stuff, just because it's wrong if it doesn't get done. This is a local motorcycle business that you can count on to get the job done correctly and point out anything else wrong with your motorcycle, quad, and/or dirt bike at no extra cost because the owner wants his customers to be safe and come back. I have seen many negative things said about the owner of the shop and the work performed there and I can vouch that those are false statements. The owner is a friend of mine and I performed and internship at the shop and none of the negative things I have read on here have ever happen. My name is Treve I am the President of Pacific Coast Riderz and I will tell you now that any negative thing that has ever been supposedly said about this shop by my name or my clubs name is INCORRECT and NOT from us. You will read that someone in Pacific coast riders took their GSXR-750 to the shop for an oil change and that they damaged and took parts off my bike. This is a lie. I have nvr had anyone change my oil in my bike except me the entire time I have owned it. Even when my bike had repairs performed by this shop due to damages sustained from work by another shop, I still went into Ventura County Motorsports and changed my oil myself before the start up of the bike. I will personally vouch for the owner and the company. If you want it done right this is the shop to go to, they are not going to undercut their quality of work. Pj goes out of his way to help anyone and will not hesitate to do so. BTW I have nvr worked for Tricountymotorsports nor have I ever been there more

TO ALL WHOM READ THESE REVIEWS. ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS ARE FALSE, THESE ARE BEING POSTED BY ANOTHER SHOP THAT IS UPSET BECAUSE WERE ARE NOW THE OFFICAL SPONSER OF THE PCR GROUP. ALL OF THE NAMES BEING USED ARE EITHER FRIENDS OF MINE THRU THE GROUP OR PCR MEMBERS. HE EVEN POSTED USING ANOTHER SHOPS NAME, TRI COUNTY.. HE DID NOT POST NOR DOES TREVE WORK THERE. IN FACT TREVES BIKE IS CURRENTLY IN OUR SHOP DUE TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE SHOP THAT IS POSTING FALSE, SLANDEROUS, INFO ABOUT VENTURA COUNTY MOTOSPORTS... WE HAVE BEEN IN BUISNESS FOR 30 YEARS, WE WOULD NOT BE IF WE DIDNT TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS BIKES, THE RIGHT WAY EVERY TIME.. COME CHECK US OUT FOR YOURSELF more

This place is full of sh@t !!! work is horrible.. My Friend in the navy took their cbr600 to get light work and it came back worse , plus the replaced something that didn't have anything to do with the repair .. I also heard they Sell your parts if your bike is there .. Be careful, Dont Go there ON BEHALF OF THE U.S Navy more

Took Our Bikes to get worked on because one of our members work there .. only to find out they take parts off your bike and one of our members lost his rear caliper .. This Place is Over Priced and Service Is Low Grade .. more

I loved my experience here. I have an old fast back motor bike I brought in here a few months ago. It has never ran better. SO I will be coming back. Thank you again. more

I guess this guy never actually met anyone at the shop. 1) the owner doesnt smoke but he does allows others the freedom to do so, and i say kudos for that freedom. 2) this isnt a real customer, there isnt any such bike on the planet. 3)yeah the shop is crazy bizzy, say alot about what they represent or they would be so bizzy. 4)i see parts around on the counter, hmm are for sale, did you actually look? 5) sounds like a x or something, cuz pj is the coolest kat i have ever met, he treates everyone with nothing but BIG TIME RESPECT and he gives everyone his one one time, not like other shops, he actually cares about what you ride and how its running...... so chill mchale more

POOR TO SAY THE LEAST I just moved to Ventura county after deployment and have been looking for a locally owned motorcycle shop. I went to Ventura County Motosports this past month and service was POOR TO SAY THE LEAST. The motorcycle shop, Ventura County Motosports smelt like cigarettes smoke and gasoline. Cigarettes smoke, normally doesn't bother me but the owner was smoking inside the small shop, while I waited to speak to anyone about a service for my motorcycle. Parts, tiers, merchandise were laying all over the shop and BOTH THE OWNER AND THE SHOP ARE VISIBLY DISORGANIZED . I waited for 20 minutes just to be able to speak to the shop owner was who was confrontational and down rite rude to me. He tried to push every expensive part and service for my Yamaha 2010 Kawasaki ZX-10R, all i wanted was a simple service. Sadly I strongly agree with the comments below, over all Ventura County Motosports was a mess and the owner does not know how to treat potential customers with respect and demonstrate good service. To me that is how you run a business, I will not return to Ventura County Motosports and I give Ventura County Motosports a rating of zero because of my POOR EXPERIENCE! more
