This company is a total scam....... They came to our office and offered all of our employees of ""special deal"" As the manager of the dealership the terms changed several times to the offer and the equipment they would provide. The slippery sales person made a guarentee that we would have a 14 day free trial with no charge and the usuer would be able to return the phone if they were unhappy with the service. Myself and several other people had to return the phone because it did not work in our homes. Tmobile charged us and the rep quit several days after signing us up. Stay away. more

Be careful with this company, scam, I won't deal with them at all cost.\r \r Ask me to return the phones the first day I received them and left me without equipment for t-mobile. Cons: thumbs down completely more

Consumers BEWARE! The Venicom Nightmare 1/2/2007

I was in the market for new phones and came across an offer on Venicoms website, I believe it was ushopwireless. After contacting them w/ questions, I decided to place an order. After completing the order, I received an email stating I was not approved for the phones. This was confusing since my credit had always been good. I received a voicemail a few days later from a lady identifying herself to be w/ Venicom, stating that if I could give her a call back and answer a few questions, she could get my phones out to me right away. When I called the # provided, the rep told me that I could add an ""authorized user"" and the order would process. When I questioned if this was a co-signer, she said ""not in anyway"". In fact, she stated that it's nothing more than another name on the account to make the service provider feel better until you've made timely payments for 6 months, at which time you could take this person off as an authorized user. Sounded great and simple to me. She asked me for the personal information of the person I would be using, which consisted of name, address and social security #. I gave this to her and received my phones a few days later. The invoice and paperwork all came in the other persons name, but I didn't realize this to be anymore than just the authorized user situation she had offered me. After calling Venicom with questions about the phones, it was brought to my attention by the rep that this account is not mine and my name is nowhere on it. I told her this must be a mistake and she assured me it is not. I then contacted the # that the lady was located at that I originally dealt with. After talking to the manager, I informed him I would be cancelling the account and sending the phones back, as this account was opened w/out consent of the ""authorized user"". In fact, Venicom actually pulled this persons credit...talk about a whammmmo! That's just not right. They stopped taking my calls and I made a report w/ the BB Bureau. Pros: Thumbs down! No pros from me on this company Cons: All cons more
