Venetian Marble & Granite

The name of this company is Marble & Granite Venetian, Marble & Granite Venetian installed granite counter tops at my in-laws, and my wife wanted to use them despite the poor Angie's List review. On July 9 2012, I called Venetian Marble and Granite for an estimate on installation granite counter top and backsplash. The operator put me through to Margaret's voice mail. Margaret did not return my call. more

I am in the process of completing my outdoor kitchen project. Venetian came out and installed the countetops (black granite) last week. I have to say that the countertops are incredible. The material is perfect and the installation was on time and hasslefree. more

Needed 2 small granite lavatory counters. Selected the 2 from their ""yard"". Margaret was very nice. Gus took all the measurements & templates for lav. bowls. 2 young workers came & installed. Showed them the faucets so they would know the size holes to be drilled. They also ""glued"" the bowls @ that time. The bowl on one counter extended a good 1/4 inch into the faucet holes (a 3 hole setting) ...which they did not tell me about. The plumber comes to install faucets and able to get the handles to fit after going back to his shop & filing down the washers. couldn't ever get the spout in. more

I was very disappointed in the fabrication installation of my granite and limestone! Stayed up all night crying that my husband took the next day off from work to go with me and address my complaint to them! We purchased over $8,500 dolllars in product from them and were very unhappy! My limestone that was chosen at their distributor and was not the one they installed. It had scrathces through it and I was told by them it was veins! Okay but it wasn't on the piece I had paid for! My granite island had a huge crack through it and they placed the section of the cracked counter towards the location were there would be a lot of leaning on it which would cause distress and break eventually! The cuts of this level 4 granite was not properly match up! They drilled 8"" holes for my bathroom faucet instead of 4"", so I had to buy new faucets! Their supervisor Jeff was not helpful with our complaint! You think they would have given us polish/sealer to clean our granite or something for the stress! Only good out of this is I really liked Margaret! But I guess since I didn't live in the Dominians were the more fortunate lived, I got the lesser treatment! I was recommended to Venetian through a friend and, once I found it, it was worth the find! I needed to complete a job in my guest bathroom - and quick - Gus was able to accurately measure the granite countertop such that fit PERFECTLY AND was beautiful (thanks to the sales reps who helped me on my decision)! more

I used Venetian Marble & Granite to replace a vanity top, bathtub and shower walls on one of my customers bathroom remodel job. Chelsey did a great job helping me get directed to the correct people and Margaret was a graet help with setting up my measurement. The measurment crew was very nice and had lots of good input on the bathroom remodel. Samples were delivered to help me better decide colors on our cultured marble. Overall the process was very timely and i was very pleased with the product once it was installed and so was my customer. We decide to replace our counertops before the holidays, and most companies would not guarantee completion. Venetian immediately came out, and gave us a competitive price. Margaret did a nice job helping us select our granite, and they even let us to help layout how to cut our slabs. Phoenix was great to work with. The installers did a great job,and we had our new kitchen in time to show off for the holidays. An overall great experience. Pros: Great service, excellent qualitly of work more

They did not show when expected and seem to be very disorganized. Did not return phone calls in a timely manner. Made customer feel very unappreciated!!!!! Cons: Poor Customer Service more
