Zumba is a great work out.. and frankly the only thing I have stuck with. Been doing it 3 x a week with Carol at Velocity for a few months now... The classes are small so that you feel you really get personal attention and instruction on proper form. Love that the classes are not intimidating and the other students encourage you even when you miss a few moves... Everyone there is losing weight, having fun and Carol is super energetic.
I love zumba at Velocity..... easy parking, small class sizes and a great work out...
