Worse experience 1/28/2009

This has been the worse experience we (our family) has had with a Home Health care agency...we spoke with a rep. from the Vcp office early Dec. 2008 and were interested in having them provide care for our at the time 91 year old father....they have given us the run around and still til this day have not answered any of our questions or contacted us after several attempts to reach them for the last 2 months. We have found today a quick response from another home health care agecny closer to our home...these are people we trust...they seem to have his and our family's intrest at heart. more
