If you rich and want to waste money on your pet because maybe it makes you feel better, then VCA Aurora is the place for you. They quote your for services they think your pet needs upon the initial visit. Then what ever services you agree to, you have pay a down payment for the services to commence. I provided VCA with all my dogs current treatment, current x-rays and ultra sounds. They were unable to tell me what is wrong with my dog after they performed there services and went over his records.and he is still throwing up uncontrollably today. They wanted to redo the x-rays and ultra sounds and suppopsedly have board certified techs that should have been able to read the set i provided. This tells me they just wanted more money and they are not cheap to begin with. At check out, having to pay a second time, they messed up on the quote, it was more of course and I was told by the person who quoted " sorry, i should'nt be quoting if I'm not sure what the actual costs should be, you have to pay this amount anyway, sir", not sorry we'll adjust this since WE MADE THE MISTAKE! MONEY, money, money, that's what it's all about at VCA. If you want to save money I found my local vet new just as much if not more that the 'proffessionals' at VCA Aurora and he showed more compassion and is a lot more reasonable with his charges.
