Vasona is great. We are so lucky to have such a beautiful park right in our backyard. It is a great place for a picnic. Complete with bike trails, kiddie playground, locomotive, pedal boats, and lots of open space Vasona really is fun for everyone. more

    Vasona Lake County Park has a waterfront theme playground. Paddleboats and rowboats are available for rental from early spring through early fall. Visitors can also fish the lake for black bass, crappie, catfish and blue gill. Several picnic areas are available on a first come, first served basis. Eight areas for larger groups are situated at scenic locations throughout the park and can be reserved for a fee.
