I highly recommend them. I have been going there for years with many challenging projects and always been happy with the work. The prices are fair too. They do a far better job than the local bridal shops. They charge more and I've had terrible things done and had to be fixed.\r \r Great place! more

I was visiting Rochester for the first time during winter and was in need of a heavier coat, went to Vasile and Elena Custom Taylor Shop and they provided me with the most beautiful black, knee length well made coat. Loved the quality of the material! They informed me it was made from special wool they import from their native country Romania, this prime wool contains such fibers that increase degree of comfort in wearing; The design, buttons and stitches on the coat were of distinguishing and surpassing quality; topped this up! they costumed fitted my coat right on the spot knowing that I was a tourist on my way to The Hill Cumorah Visitor's Center near Manchester NY, All I have to say is, "" excellent workmanship"". I have been doing business with this shop for years and have recommended them to most of my friends. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. 85% of the time the work is done right and 15% of the time I have to return and have it redone. Recently I had some work done here and they snagged the garment when removing the old stitching and the work was substandard. I am particular and know that after a wash or two, a snag on cotton will get worse and the garment will be unusable. The work was substandard so I asked for my money back and it was given very begrudgingly and I was told not to come back. Pros: when they get it right its good Cons: they have to redue some stuf and may give you a hard time if the you want your money back more
