Well I'd like to start off with a sincere Thank you to the Dr. and Staff at Cottage Pet Hospital. My Min Pin has been seen my Cottage Pet Hospital on two emergency visits. The first time I thought she was a goner and thanks to the Dr. and Staff she made a full recovery. They were very kind and sympathetic to our situation. They understood that this was a very upsetting time for us and not only did they go above and beyond in caring for our Dog they also made sure we were OK. Our first visit to this facility was due to an emergency and the reason we went to them was because they were closest. We rushed in with a dog who was hardly breathing and owners (us) who were besides themselves in grief. At the moment we were not concerns with the $$$ we were more concerned with our family pet. They could have charged us any amount at that time and in our grief we would have paid it. You can only imagine our shock when we got the bill for 24 hours in the hospital and all the procedures they did... $125! That's it for saving my Pooches life. Our second visit included surgery on the weekend, lots of stitches, a drain, antibiotics, pain medication and also included the follow up and suture removal for only $325. I can't say enough for Cottage Pet Hospital, if you live in the area make sure to add their phone number to your contacts just in case you ever have an emergency, I'm so glad I did. PS- They are open 7 days a week!!! more

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Sahai for many years! I work in the vet field and have for over 10 years. I've worked in several hospitals in the local orange county area. When I was in between jobs, I came to Cottage Pet Hospital for one of my pets that was hit by a car. He was so good to me then that even though I work in another hospital, I still bring my pets to him because of his thoroughness and attention to detail. Having pets can be very expensive, everyone should know this before getting one. But it is all worth it, especially when you know you've got more time with a loved one because you had a really great vet! more

I am very grateful to you all for the past 6 years of the fine care that I have received at Cottage Pet Hospital. I especially want to thank Stephanie B, Miss Cassandra W, Mrs. Amanda S., and of course, Dr. Sahai. There were others that I cannot recall names that took extra good care of me too that I want to thank. All of you are the best. I am a dog that looks forward to going to see my veterinarian's office, even though I am a dog of very limited means, I am thankful that I live with someone that pays the bills. I may poo'd on the floor once or twice while in office, it was nothing personal - just was just dog business. As you may know, I am a very beautiful sheperd mix dog girl that was adopted from a shelter and am a very happy and a well loved dog nowadays. A wag of the tail, and a big dog kiss to all of you. more

I have gone to Dr. Shai since he started at this location. This man truly cares about animals. He has taken excellent care of all of my pets. He has even given me his pager number in case of an emeragency. When he had to put my one dog to sleep he was almost as upset as I was. I have recommended this Vet to others and they now feel the same way. more

I did a bad review before due to a rude staff member, but I have to recognize that I acted on an impulse and not because a staff member is rude everyone is, the rest of the personnel is wonderful and after seeing how Dr Sahai has been kind with my puppy and his personnel has treated my boxer in a kind and compassionate manner I have to admit I was wrong, I took my boxer for a ear and tail clipping and saw how Dr Sahai tried to make my puppie's ears stand nicely , recently, my boxer got lost and after looking all over unsuccessfully I got a call from Dr Sahai's office telling me that someone had taken a puppy just like mine to their hospital, it was my puppy, The lady who found my puppy took him to Dr Sahai to check if my puppy had a microchip implanted to find the owner, my puppy did not have the chip, after finding him Dr Sahai implanted a microchip to my boxer at no charge and asked me to continue trying to make my puppie's ear stand straighter, his commitment to customer's satisfaction impressed me and his affordability and kindness to pets is impressive, I will continue taking my puppy to them. I urge people to please implant the microchip in their pets so you do not experience what I went through when my boxer got lost, if you live in the anaheim area pay a visit to Dr sahai, you will be happy you did. more
