On Dec. 29, 2010, I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV-SE from Jeff Lindley at Van's Honda in Green Bay. Jeff is to be commended for his professionalism, product knowledge, respect, and patience. After researching Van's web site and test-driving other similar vehicles, I visited the dealership with specific requirements for a new vehicle. Jeff located the vehicle I requested, answered all my questions, did not pressure me into upgrading to a vehicle with features I did not need/could not afford/ would not use. Jeff worked with his colleagues to arrive at a fair price, and my new CRV was delivered as scheduled in beautiful condition. I also want to mention that Sales Manager Bruce Shecterle personally thanked me for my business. Both Jeff and Bruce expressed their sincere request that I contact them with any future questions or concerns. Clark at Vans Honda was a big help and very easy to work with. He wasn't high pressure like many salesmen, and made things as simple as possible for me. He found me exactly what I was looking for and at the price I could afford. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Satisfying Sales Experience with Kevin 7/26/2010

My experience with Kevin Sweig at Van's Honda was excellent. As a previous Honda owner (13 years on my vehicle) I was not looking for a fully-loaded vehicle and Kevin did not try to pressure me into buying something that I was not interested in. He spent time without high-pressuring me and made it convenient for me to test drive several cars. Ultimately he searched and found the very car I wanted. I am pleased with the performance and have every reason to belive that this car will perform as well as my last one. I have always found my experiences with Van's Honda to be good and appreciated Kevin's follow-up letter and phone call and did not feel pressured by them -- just encouraged. He helped to make this experience as stress-free as this can be. more

I have been a Van's customer since 1995 when I moved to the Green Bay area and they provided service for my 1993 Civic. From my first encounter with Van's folks, I felt like a person, not just another faceless customer. Needless to say, when the time came to purchase a new vehicle, there was no question in my mind to choose Van's. Jeff Berg was my salesman and made the experience painless, relaxed, and exciting for me as I was matched up with my 2003 Civic LX. He is so knowledgeable about the product and honest with his customers. I live in Door County and have referred friends to Jeff and they agree with my perception of the car-buying experience he provides. I hope to purchase more Hondas from him in the future!! I must add that the Van's service department is excellent, making the maintenance of one's car a pleasant experience (even when they need to tell you about a needed repair, which thankfully doesn't occur too often when one owns a Honda). We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Van?s Honda. Jeff Lindley was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars, the condition of each of the vehicles and existing and extended warranty programs offered with each. Jeff was available in person, via email or by phone and not your typical pushy salesman. Due to store hours and work hours conflicts, the majority of our deal was done via email and phone calls. He was there to complete the transaction and ensure everything was acceptable to us at delivery. I would go back to Jeff next time we need a vehicle. more

Repeat customer 7/16/2010

My first new car was a Honda Accord from Vans. Now that I have 3 kids, I drive the Pilot. Love It. I haven't had many issues but when I do I always bring it back to Vans. They are so great about taking care of me and the kids and really making sure that our lives are not completely thrown upside down due to the service visit. I walk in the door and they recognize me and usually call me by name. Dan our sales rep is wonderful. And the guys (and lady) in the service department are patient and kind to my kids- that means a lot to me. more

Buying my first Honda 7/13/2010

I was in the market for a new car that would be fun to drive and get good gas mileage. My decision came down to a Scion or a Honda Fit. I took a test drive in the Scion and was pretty convinced that was the car for me. Until I went to Van's Honda in Green Bay and had the pleasure of working with a member of their Sales Team by the name of Tom Willems.\r Tom explained the features of the car along with the reliability of Hondas. There was no high pressure salesmanship during his sales presentation,only the facts. \r I am now the proud owner of a orange metallic Honda Fit! WORST HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE AREA! 7/1/2008

The sale of my 03 Honda accord went great at Vans' Honda, however the service of getting my car fixed under warranty is almost impossible! It almost seems that there service center (and Jack the service manager) does everything in their power to block any warranty attempts! Bought extended warranty as suggested by my sales person but still no help! All work that has been covered up till now was done with no love (poor car!) had finger prints left on my white headliner and had to beg them to TRY to remove them! Its work like this that I have had done to my car way too many times from this place that has brought me to the point of writing this post! Pros: GREAT SALESMAN Cons: SERVICE AFTER THE SALE more

A wonderful experience 9/16/2003

Cory at Van's Honda made buying my first car a breeze for me. He patiently answered all of my questions until I ultimately decided on a 2003 Honda Accord. The evening I took the car home, he sat with me and the car and explained all of the features inside and out. He called me a few days later to make sure things were working out, and when I ran into him in public one evening he showed genuine interest in seeing how things were going with the car. I hope my new Accord and I are together for years to come, but when the time comes for me to buy a new car, my first stop will be at Van's. Pros: great service, beautiful cars more
