This place is terrible. They don't do what they say they will do and the Toyota product is not as good as it once was.

Building Relationships that Last 9/28/2010

We purchased a vehicle from Vann York Toyota for the second time in 13 months. We have been fortunate enough to deal with the general manager Levan. Levan does a great job and gives you the best price the first time without the back and forth that happens sometimes. Last year we purchased a Scion XB during cash for clunkers. Even though they were very busy Levan made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. This time we purchased a Rav4 Sport. Our sales rep was Keo. He knows the Toyota product inside and out. We must have asked him 20-30 questions. He was pleasant to work with and was not pushy at all. He was more concerned that we were happy with the car than he was about making the sale. I would recommend Vann York Toyota to anyone in the Triad that is looking for a new or used vehicle. more

Don't buy here 7/13/2010

This place is terrible. They don't do what they say they will do and the Toyota product is not as good as it once was. more

Buying A Van 1/1/2009

I purchased a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan from Vann York Toyota in November. They worked with us on the price of the vehicle and we came to an agreement about it. I would recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. more

Friendly Service and Competetive Prices 11/17/2005

My Toyota Sienna van needed servicing that would take a full day. After calling around for prices and appointment times, I went to Vann York Toyota. They offered a free rental van for me, so my normal day wouldn't be too disrupted. The prices weren't the cheapest, but they were fair. They finished and called me for pick up earlier than promised. Overall, it was pretty convenient and painless. PROS: Knowledgeable, friendly, and timely service CONS: distance to facility more
