I had a 5 pm appt called and told them I would be a little late... When I arrived he had already started coloring someone else so I waited and waited and waited.... Finally at 6 pm I asked him if it was going to take longer and he told me he still had to cut and Dry someone else... I politely said thanks and left and went to the salon down the street more

Great Salon 1/2/2007

I get so many compliments on my hair after cuts from Vanessa's. The staff is friendly and outgoing. They do great business so sometimes there is a little wait. But they are always attentive to the customers. The salon has a very upbeat atmosphere. The stylists are very in tune with what's hot right now. It was a really fun experience. I'm headed there again this week. more

noisy with poor service 4/27/2006

I used this salon 3 times. The first haircut was good but the stylist left so I took another one. She gave me a good haircut but was 20 minutes late coming in. The next time I went she was taking care of another customer and talking with this customer and another woman whao was with the customer. It took a long time. I arrived for a 10:30 appointment at 10:15. She finally finished with the customer around 10:55 then proceeded to ignore me and start waxing someone's eyebrows. I informed the receptionist that I would not wait any longer and left. This salon has good stylist but the music is very loud and I felt the service was very poor. more
