Have used Vandervert Automotive ever since I moved to Spokane and have NEVER been disappointed. Good work, fair prices and a very professional staff. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they have never been disappointed either. more

I've had three different vehicles over the last dozen or so years and Vandervert Auto has worked on each of them. I have always been happy with their work. I have no need to go anywhere else. more

Vandervert Automotive is where I call when I need work done on my vehicle. John and his crew have always done good work for me. Several times they have gone above and beyond what is normally expected to make sure I was taken care of. I am their loyal customer for a reason. more

Vandervert Automotive Services is not a good choice 8/14/2009

I took my Chev Trailblazer in for an oil leak. They kept finding addtional items to repair. I have no way of knowing if the extra repairs were really needed. It ended up costing about three times the estimate. They then failed to tighten some of the bolts which led to additional costs at another shop. When I complained they denied that their errors could have been the problem and refused to compensate me.\r Best bet: Find another shop. more
