When I told him I was looking at this car and another one he took the time to hear me out, didn't cut me off and tell me what he thought. I was able to weigh the decision without pressure. Went to buy a 2012 adv this past Saturday @Vandergriff Acura in Arlington. I was greeted by Michael Pfleger in the parking lot and he was very helpful in telling me about the differences in the TL models and asking me what options were important to me so I could get in the right car. Low pressure sales and good service and a little comic relief from Dale in the sales office made the car buying experience easier than it I thought it was going to be. I just purchased an Acura RLX from Mike Pfleger at Vandergriff Acura in South Arlington. It is the most amazing car I have ever owned. I could not be more pleased, but as luck would have it I ran over a screw and got a flat within my first week. I contacted Mike and he came right out and brought me a loaner car and took my car in to repair the tire. This is amazing service! I highly recommend the Acura RLX if you are in the market and to do business with Vandergriff Acura in South Arlington. Of course, I saved the best for last! My experience with Vandergriff Acura is to be commended. I am impressed with the service I received. I flew in early in the morning from out of state and was picked up on time by my salesman Marcus Hudson. He was well mannered and a gentleman. I love my new car and I am pleased that I was able to sign and drive. I was tired from my trip and he made the experience pleasurable. Kudos to Marcus Hudson at Vandergriff Acura. more

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff Carter at Vandergriff Acura. We had our hearts set on trading in our Nissan Xterra for an SUV that offered more space and comfort for our expanding family. Jeff worked diligently with us, along with Darren Beams, to get us the price we needed and a fair trade in amount. Jeff even went out of his way to make a quick lunch run for me when I started to feel ill around lunch time! At 4 months pregnant, my need for a meal can come suddenly and Jeff made sure I was taken care of! I am happy to say we left Vandergriff later that day confident in our purchase of a 2011 GMC Acadia. I would be happy to do business with them again in the future! more

We just purchased our second car from JD Diaz at Vandergriff Acura. JD has been so pleasant to work with and has provided excellent customer service. My husband sent him a text one morning about 7:30 asking him if he could get a car from the Honda store. Within 2 hours we arrived and the car was cleaned and waiting for us. WE purchased a Honda Hybrid which has been such a blessing. It is saving us big time on gas. They even bought our van from us which we didn't expect. Thanks again JD for making buying cars fun!!! more

I found a Honda Van on the interenet and shortly after that got a call from JD. He told me they had the van and set up an appointment for me. I missed the first appointmtnet, but JD didn't give up. When I showed up I was really impressed how courteous everyone was. I didn't have the best credit but they were able to get me approved. Thanks JD and team, my family is really enjoying our new van. We just bought our new MDX from the dealership. Our sales manager Jeff Carter was very accomodating, Patient and listened to what we wanted in terms of money/price. He went a step ahead to speak to the manager to get our price in the range of what we wanted. The dealership is very good. The staff are ready to help and would try to work with you to get what you want. I and my wife had a great experience buying a car with them. They also gave a good value to our trade-in. I would highly recommend this dealership and please do the purchase with Jeff Carter. more

A few months back I had a car accident that totaled my vehicle. I went to see JD Diaz about a new car. At first I didn't know if it would work out so I left, but JD called me back and told me that they could get me the car. I got a black Ford Edge that is exactly what I wanted. JD is a friend of mine, but I had never worked with him in business, I'm glad to say there were no surprises. He's very friendly and helpful. So I hope this helped if you're looking for somewhere to go. more

Wade Bragg is who made the sale of my 2014 Acura MDX so easy. I shopped online and within 15 minutes of showing my interest he called me and set me up for an appt the next day since it was 8pm that night. I drove out there, he showed me a car that was identical to the one I wanted but not the color I had in mind. He talked to the dealer and they were nice enough to let me drive one of their MDX loaners until my new car was in, which we all knew was 7-10 days out. As soon as the car hit the lot, Wade sent me pictures, got the car into service where they installed all of the accessories I wanted, and had me on the road the same day. He also made me feel comfortable enough that I know I could call him any time and he would personally handle any situations that could come up on my car. That is worth its weight in gold to me. :) more

I recently purchased a 2013 Acura ILX and traded in my 2007 Audi A4 and couldn't be happier with my experience! I was referred to the dealer from a friend who loved their Acura they recently purchased at the dealership and I figured I'd make the drive to Arlington from Dallas, and I'm glad I did! I scheduled a test drive with Wade and he was the best car salesmen I've worked with. From start to finish I felt extremely comfortable. He worked with me to get a great value on my trade-in and explained all the different warranties and protections that it came with and all of the features the car had. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and he was extremely efficient and personable to work with during what's usually a long, drawn out process. The finance team even got me a better interest rate! I would highly recommend Wade and the dealership to any person looking to buy a car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! more
