Our Generac Generator failed to start for the weekly exercise, so we looked online and found that Vander Hyde is a Generac Service provider. We contacted them and scheduled an appointment, the service guy was on time and professional, within minutes he had diagnosed that the battery charger had failed and that the battery had gone dead. He made a call to his office, found out that our generator was still under warranty and completed the repairs at no cost to us. I would say that they went the extra mile to provide us not only the best service but also the best result. We highly recommend Vander Hyde and will also be using them for our Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Plumbing from now on.
