I purchased their expensive warranty following the installation of my new furnace. My furnace stopped working and was charged $200, I thought this was wrong but paid. It stopped working a month later and was charged again $351.50 this time! He said pay now or I will not fix. Being Dec 30 th and 15 degrees out I didn't really have a choice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!! more
