I was talked into going ahead with a scan after deciding to wait one more day. I sure wish I hadn't. The price was astronomical. And, on top of that, I applied for financial assistance. I make a decent income, but certainly not enough where an $800 bill is easy to float. Not only was I denied any assistance, but they added almost $300 to my bill for a "Billing Processing Fee!" In full disclosure, they will remove it once the bill is paid. How charitable!\r
