Do Not give this man any money until all work is completed. We gave Mr. Vance $4,250.00 July 2, 2010 for materials and part of the labor cost. He never started the job or delivered any materials. If you have a similar experience we would like to hear from you. Cass County Court awared us a Judgement Aug.24, 2010. To date we have not received any money from Mr. Vance. Mr. Vance informed us today that he was filing bankrupcy. more
