I purchased a Rolex from the store in Berks county near Boradcasting Road a few years back. The staff was very nice and did not hesitate to help me or answer questions. Sometimes I can get ignored at fine jewlery stores untill I pull out my wallet because I am younger. \r

My only grip, and this is why I am only giving them two stars. They removed the red rolex hang tag from my watch and did not put it in the box for me. I don't know what they did with it and i suppose it really doesn't matter. But still $3,500 dropped on a watch you better believe that I want every little thing that comes with it. I suppose I shouldn't get to hemmed up about it as I wouldn't leave the plastic seat covers or paper floor matts in a new car but still. It would have been a nice thing to examine for future reference when possibly purchasing a rolex from an unauthorized dealer. Also, it would have been a cool thing to have in case I ever wished to sell the watch which I don't.\r

I am not saying that i wouldn't purchase another watch here again. But I will say that my business is not guaranteed as I would not hesitate to shop other authorized dealers first. \r

When spending + 1,000 on a timepiece I expect the jewler to go above and beyond for me and not become lazy once my money has been handed over.
