They worked with me to get the car I wanted. There was a bit of a wait but in the end I got my new car for the right price. It was in pristine condition no complaints there. Just wish Brian did a better job of communicating to us what was going on after all the paperwork was done.. but other then that he was a very good salesman overall. They always greet me with a friendly smile and treat me with courtesy and professionalism. They follow through with what they say they will do and I have never had any problems after a visit. Everything was friendly, fast, and good quality.I arrived at the dealership on time, and they took me right away, and clearly explained, what the service department was about to do, and the cost. They had a clean waiting area, with coffee, and washed my car after the service work was completed, which was unexpected. I really appreciate them going the extra mile. more

I went to Van Horn's with the intention to look around at the cars on the lot. I ended up talking to a really nice salesperson named Billy. He was very patient with me as I was deciding between a couple different cars. He did not pressure me at all. Which was nice because I would have left if that would have happened. I felt the price was fair because I did enough reading up on different sites. Because I wasn't expecting to buy the same day I didn't have my money in order, Billy said they had a lot of banks they used so the finance manager took my credit info and I got a super good rate. I know this because I called my bank the next day after just to make sure and my banker said it was a great deal they couldn't even come close. I felt I got a great deal and I would refer my friends and family to Billy because he was very helpful and did not pressure me into anything. Very happy. more
