I called Van Dyck assuming I would get friendly reliable small business service.
I was way off!
I was having a simple problem with my furnace and they charged me 70$ the first day for 30 minutes of the technicians time who literally dusted out the inside of my furnace saying that would fix it.
It didn't. We went without heat that night and the next morning I scheduled for him to come back and fix what he did't fix in the first place.
The second day he seemed as if he had no idea what the problem was and he replaced a part under warranty (I am surprised he did not charge me for this) which cost me another 25$ and still did not fix the issue.
He wanted to come out a third day to try again.
Clearly they do not take doing ethical business seriously. I decided to go with Best as they price quote to fix your problem and do not charge a dime more until that problem is fixed.
100$ down the toilet!
DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU TOO!
