faulty information on web, incredibly rude receptionist 5/17/2011

Vanderveer may be an excellent doctor. However, his receptionist is so extremely rude, that one wonders at his judgment of people. Also, on-line it states that they take adolescents age 14 and up. When I tried to make an appointment for my 14 year old daughter the receptionist said that information was not true, but bristled at the suggestion that perhaps it should be altered to reflect the truth. more

Dr. Van Derveer is by far the best mental health professional I have ever seen. His kind, patient demeanor and thorough explanations make you feel cared for and respected. He has always gone above and beyond in his care for me, and I have never felt so truly understood or encouraged. He is an amazing doctor and I would (and do) recommend him to anyone! more

Absolutely Amazing! 11/1/2010

Dr. Van Derveer is truly a really amazing doctor. I went to him for ADHD while I was in college and to this day I have never felt better than I did the times I walked out of his office. He has a great way of explaining everything in such a way it seems like everything makes sense. He is a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend him!! more

Fantastic - Highly Recommended. 3/6/2008

Highly recommended. Professional, skilled and insightful. Uses a wide variety of techniques depending on what is best suited for you. Everytime I leave his office, I have never felt better. Pros: Parking, no wait time, ambience. Cons: None. more
