Bigger store 4/16/2006

This is a good VV since it's larger than most others. It's conveniently located, right on Hosmer and I-5. It's the big one that you can see from the freeway. I like the selection here, since there's LOTS of stuff. I think they get the military donations from soldiers who are moving a lot. For more quality merchandise, I prefer the VV over on 19th near Tacoma Community College. more

The Value Village on Hosmer is the big one, different from the 6th Ave one reviewed elsewhere. This one has the largest variety of items, and is well-worth making the special trip out to Hosmer. Value Village is known for having a lot of higher-quality items, so you can find name-brand clothing if you look for it, at great savings. 99-cent Mondays, 50% off days, and coupons enable you to save even more. If only they weren't so far out of the way, on a busy freeway with no crosswalk! more
