I am extremely 7/9/2014

I am extremely happy with the service I received from this lady. She was very easy to deal with and when I returned the vehicle, I had driven more miles than I was supposed to and Maryam waved the extra fee. My $350 cash deposit was fully refunded and furthermore she saved me an extra $30 for the price of a shuttle to take me to L.A.X. more

When I arrived to pick 7/3/2014

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I had booked, I was greeted by the manager Maryam. When she realized that I was from Sydney Australia she gave me a free upgrade without further charges from a small Toyota corolla to a mid-sized Toyota Camry! Which was great? I could choose any type of insurance that I wanted, which I picked comprehensive of course. I rented this vehicle for 30 days and it was trouble free motoring. more

I really like 6/20/2014

I really like this company for many reasons. The #1 reason is customer service! #2 there reasonably priced and they have always been fair with me no matter what the situation. #3 when my car died, I was able to rent to own a really nice Toyota 4 Runner For only 6,000 dollars. What a great deal!! I love this truck; I have had no problems with this truck since I started driving it. I am very pleased the service here and will continue to refer my friends and family members to Value Rental Car. Thank you so much!! more

"Value Rent a Car has always been great to me. For $20 I always get a clean, functional car; can't argue with that price! I could spend $10 on day passes for the bus and train, or I could spend $20 and get a car. If you want to get a bigger car it's still very reasonable too.\r The owners are cool people who will usually work with you. They don't try to take you for every penny you have or anything like that. \r \r Highly recommend this rental car agency. Professional and affordable." more

"I think the people at Value Rental Car are nice sales people. They give great prices on rental cars. Their vehicles may or may not be the latest models, but they do maintenence on their vehicles as needed.\r \r When I rent cars from them, I usually do not have a problem and when I bought a used vehicle from them, if I needed a quick simple fixin', there was little or no charge at all. I kept that car for at least 4-5 years, until I sold it and it was still running." more

While on vacation 5/20/2014

While on vacation, we needed a car for a few days. We tried Enterprise and they gave us a big run-around, so we walked down the street and saw this place, and decided to check them out. I'm so glad we did! They were very friendly and the prices were fair. They gave us plenty of miles to do the things we had planned to do. The car was a few years old, and definitely had some wear and tear (which is why I couldn't give a "perfect" score). But it got us from point A to point B, and that's really all we cared about. We rented from them twice this vacation and if we find ourselves in CA again, we will definitely rent from them again. Screw Enterprise! more

One thing i love 4/2/2014

One thing i love about this place is the prices. I can always count on renting a reliable, inexpensive, clean car. Every time i come here they treat me like family and always hold a car for me. I have never had a bad experience renting from them. more

  • Value Rental Car is a family business thats been in Pasadena for over 13 years, and has recently opened its second location in Inglewood near LAX. Our mission has been to serve our community with reliable and affordable rental cars since we began. We do not check credit scores, and we do work within our customers means; accepting debit and cash deposits. We have a rent to own program for our customers, and anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to rent from us. We take great pride in our services, and always treat our customers fairly. Once you rent from us, you wont want to rent anywhere else.  If your car breaks down or if your involved in an accident come to us and we can always refer you to the best repair shops and collision centers that will give the best service for you and your insurance company.
