Value Price Pharmacy

I have lived on the Upper East Side for many years, and have worked with countless pharmacies both on my Mother's behalf and for myself. Value Price on 2nd Ave, and Ray, its pharmacist, are easily the best of these 15+ pharmacies I have visited in and around the neighborhood. Ray is knowledgeable and professional to say the least. More than that, however, he actually CARES - and this is hard to come by in larger pharmacies (and even smaller, family owned) these days. He makes every effort to simplify the demands on customers re: frequent p/c and drop-off, health insurance, and various other customer concerns . Ray and his staff make you feel that you are their absolute priority, and that your health and your time are valed. I can't say enough and very highly recommend. Honest-to-goodness, this is the best pharmacy and Ray is the best pharmacist in the world. He is both knowledgeable and caring. Always ready to help with prescriptions. They place looks beautiful after the recent re-modelling. (A result of an electrical fire last summer.) We thank GOD that Value Price is still here - and we don't know what we'd do without them.
