Their Sales Manager is a TOTAL DOUCHEBAG! My wife and daughter went this past weekend to look at some furniture at the 14 mile and Van Dyke location in Sterling Heights, MI. We found a set that we liked at a price we could afford and asked one of the people there about the mismatched chair that came with the set. He informed us that they had the chair that matched it, so we were excited and asked for a sales Rep. We spoke for a few minutes only to find out that the furniture was discontinued and the chair that was on display was the one that came with the set. We hesitated a bit and said we weren't interested in a mismatched set unless there was a way to get a discount. The Sales lady said she would speak with her manager. My wife daughter and I stood there in disbelief as the piece of crap manager got an attitude with the sales lady and said really loudly and in a pissy voice (in front of my wife and daughter) that he didn't care, and that the price would stay the same. He went on to add that he already had 6 people ask about that furniture and that it was going to sell at that price and to leave it alone. WHAAAAAAT!!!! Holy Crap, what a complete jerk. My wife and I stormed out of there with our daughter in tow never to return again. They just lost a potential customer forever. All the manager needed to do is come out and talk to me like a man (insteand of being a coward and hiding behind the sales lady) and explain that they had already discounted the furniture as much as possible and that they were throwing in the free chair as part of the promotion. We would have bought the set, even with the mismatched chair if the sales manager wasn't a complete pissy ass douchbag. I'm going to write a negative review on EVERY SITE OUT THERE so that this jerk knows that No One treats me and my family this way. more
