we got a couch from your Burlington store and it is a piece of crap, the cushions are snagging and the pillows are doing the same thing. We had them replaced once and tried to a second time but still have not heard back from you. I'll never buy from this store again. more

I got a couch that we paid 500 plus for and it is the worst quality I have ever seen, we had to replace the throw pillows twice but only got the pillows once, still haven't heard back the second time and the material is falling apart and has snags on the cushions. I will never buy from value city furniture ever again. more
