Went there with an emergency on a Sunday two years ago (2009) and was unable to fully pay the rather large bill. Even though I had made payment arrangements in the past and had never had a problem with making my payments, the policy had changed and they kept my cat as colateral until I could borrow the money from a friend to get my cat back. It was horrible and I won't be back--ever. more

can't recommend 8/25/2005

I brought my dog here for her annual shots since I had a coupon for $10/injection, which is a good deal. Unfortunately I didn't realize until after I recieved the bill that they wanted to charge me $50 for a medical visit as well when the vet didn't even really look at my dog. And they added on a lot of extra charges that I didn't ask for like insurance, extra shots, a heartworm check, etc. etc. The final bill was over $400 for 3 shots! It was insane. After I talked to the reception, they only charged me for what I wanted. Very sketchy place and I won't be back. more
