Valley Vet Clinic, for the most part, is staffed with very knowledable and helpful veternarians who spend time with you and your pet. Receptionists, on the whole, have improved considerably. This vet's practice of putting an RX on otc items and charging outrageous fees is questionable. The vets, on the whole, do try to work with you but I find it disturbing getting solicitations from the owner (Dr. Novy--great doctor) encouraging me to support his beef practice. Seems to be a conflict of interest and I would rather see more of my money going to my pet's care, not to a business I have no interest in.
