Worst experience EVER!!!! Make an appt. obscenely early, I have to get up at 6:30 am to get there, then they make you wake excessively long.... I inform them I have been waiting for almost 1/2 hour since appt. past and the rude non accommodating front desk people say or your still 3-4 behind others and sorry you have to wait! I tell them I was told to be there at 7am and I've been waiting a long time. They shrug and say ""sorry come in first serve first seen."" I tell them I have to get my children to school and they don't care! Why wouldn't you schedule people an appt. so you know your wait time!! and can schedule it in????? So UNPROFESSIONAL and if they can't get front desk together imagine the service they give to the animals!!! NEVER will I return!!!!\r • • • more

I HATE Valley Vetco. The made us wait over an hour, just to tell us that my cat was too old to be seen but, if I really wanted, they would charge us double only to send us somewhere else. This is not the first time they've wasted my time and milked me for what they could. Never Again.\r \r Anyways I would like the Women of Valley Vetco to have to go see a doctor, then get told they are too old to see one. more
