I recently had to put my cat to rest after 16 years. This is one of the most difficult things I've have ever had to do. I had never been to Valley Ranch Pet Clinic but it was right near my apartment and I didn't want to travel too far with my cat, whom I felt was suffering. I went in first thing on a Monday morning just to find out the cost and procedures. Emma was sooooo sweet, kind and caring answering my questions, especially when I broke down a few times during our conversation. I decided few hours later while I was work that I needed to put Callie at rest and I was very pleased with the Valley Ranch Pet Clinic. I called Emma back and made the appt for that very day. When I arrived at the clinic, they had a room already saved for me and Callie so we could go straight in and not have to sit in the waiting room as I was hystercial. I was assisted by Heidi, who was also so very caring and sympathetic, and then by Dr. Tina Capps. Dr Capps was so wonderful and friendly and made me feel right at home. She also helped me feel comforable and let me know I was doing the right thing. I chose to have Callie cremated and when I went to pick her up, she was in the prettiest box. Just yesterday I received the nicest, most caring and comforting card from Dr Tina and staff, along with a really nice poem. Putting a pet down after 16 years is the hardest thing to do, but with a staff like the one at Valley Ranch Pet Clinic, it sure made it comforting. I will definitely refer friends to them, and if I ever get a new pet, this clinic will become my new pet clinic. Thanks again, Dr Capps and all the staff.
