Valley Pawn

Sat on a FFL shipment for a week, when I paid for Overnight shipment. Did not communicate at all in email or over the phone when asked about trading FFL and requirements. Probably took my new rifle out for a spin... Then they call after business hours a week later asking for information... instead of exchanging information with FFL when I asked both dealers in email... Waisted over a hundred dollars on overnight shipping to and from!!!!!!!!!! more

If you have to pawn some goods for $$ I would call them first; but chances are they'll be able to help in some way. Walking into the shop feels different than other pawn places I've gone, the staff is very cool & friendly (not condescending like other pawn places I'd gone to) and they know their business! They also have stuff for sale on Ebay which is pretty cool if you cant get down to the shop & lookin to buy. Anyone having to go to a pawn shop during hard times is a hard enough task. I was humiliated and chased out of PAWN CITY (please don't go there) just head further south on fourth street for some honest people who realize hard times are to help people out and not prey on them. I walked in shaken from being treated so badly at Pawn City. VALLEY PAWN ROCKED. I recieved a more than fair amount for my things and actually walked out excited to fill my gas tank. VALLEY PAWN had a helpful staff and my experience was day and night. All situations are temporary and I will always remember the above and beond treatment I recieved. Pros: wonderful location and customer service. Really good people. Cons: I hope they color up the new building to match the neighborhood more
