Valley Heating & Cooling had really great response time. They really wanted to get it installed quickly and seemed to be very concerned about that. There were a few things they failed to tell me about, like that they would be turning my gas off and wanting to leave it off. Of course, I had them turn it back on. more

Valley Heating & Cooling has been doing my maintenance for years, so I called them when my unit started failing. They found that the problem occurred because the coil had rusted through. The technician was so nice, and I felt no pressure to buy. He laid out all of my options and explained everything to me. I was very comfortable with the process. I elected to buy the AC/Heating system because it was time. The furnace was the original one from 1988. So I had the whole system updated. And because I was able to finance it through my utility bill is worth it. I couldn't ask for more respectable gentlemen. They arrived on time and then went up into the attic, where the unit was. It must have been 100 degrees. I don't know how they did it. I'm impressed they survived! But they did, and my system works wonderfully! The technician from Valley Heating & Cooling came out and serviced our old unit in our attic. He told us exactly what we needed and then gave us 30-45 days to decide if we wanted to go with him or with another company. He urged us to check out other companies, so we did. We ended up going with Valley Heating, because they were the best choice. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone. more
