We moved out here from Mechanicsburg and have four cats and a dog. Many times, at our old vet, we would take one of the cats and the dog together for an appointment. The vet would treat our cat, clip our dog's nails, visit with us, and only charge us one office visit. Our old vet also offered us a nice discount for having five animals. However, Valley Green refused to do this for us. My husband could only take the cat alone because they have a "cat wing" and a "dog wing" and there is no discount for a multi-pet family. He found the vet. to be very distant and unknowledgable about our cat's condition. He said that even the office staff wasn't very friendly. On top of that, they were MUCH more expensive than what we paid up at our "city" vet off the Carlisle Pike. Now, you have to understand, my husband is the laidback one of us and nothing usually bothers him. When I got home from work, he told me, "We are not going back there." So, we now just drive up to our old vet in Mechanicsburg when we have to go. Again, convenience is not worth it, we'll drive the 20 minutes.
