Valley Comfort Heating & Air

This was my very first experience with Valley Comfort Heating And Air, and I hope it's my last! Not because they were bad, but for the reason that I'd hate to have to have all that work done again! However, I'd Valley Comfort would be the company I'd call if I needed this work done again! The crew that came out to do the job, were professional, on time and extremely efficient. They even asked me if I wanted to crawl underneath the house to see what they were talking about, which I did and I thought was terrific! They were just a nice group of guys to work with. I'd recommend this company to anybody! more

My husband and I had a nightmare of an air conditioning system put in a few years ago. Basically, there was one room that got a lot of sun, and you could roast chestnut in there it was so hot. A friend of mine in the industry recommended Valley Comfort, and calling them made a world of difference. First of all, every office should have someone like Elizabeth, because she was amazingly helpful and organized. She sent Brian out and he was great. During his inspection, he was very thorough and didn't criticize the previous installers. Instead, he came up with great ideas to revamp our system, and told us a whole new system was not necessary. Brian sent us a bid over email, and was out to do the work a few days later. The upgrades he made changed our lives. He used an innovative new product we had never heard of before, and it works like a dream. The installers were very clean, polite and efficient. They even put little booties on their feet. I wish I could adopt them all. Valley Comfort is a very responsible business. Call Brian, and he will make it right for you. If anything needs upgrading or fixing, I have their card on my fridge. more

Let me tell you something, I'm a widow, and I couldn't ask for better service or better equipment that what Valley Comfort gave me. They were wonderful! They put in new piping underneath my house and replaced both the air conditioner and furnace because they were both 25 years old. So they did that, all the piping underneath the house, and then the took care of the inside of all my ducts. When they finished them off, they had some man come in, though I don't remember his name, and he made sure everything was working right. more

Daniel showed up on time with all the equipment needed to clean my drier duct. It is a longer than usual run and was really packed full. I think he removed 40 pounds of lint! He was professional and polite through the several hours he was here. more

Valley Comfort was excellent! They were there when they were supposed to be, and they did what they were supposed to do. Brian came in and he was polite, didn't try and pull any punches, or throw things at me that I didn't need. When he did the job he was very professional about the way he did it. more

I've used Valley Comfort Heating And Air for the business that I run, I'm VP of a winery and rely on them to help keep us going. Actually I use them for my personal home and rentals as well. I like their attention to detail, the excellent communication all the way through the project and they always tell me when the job will be fixed, and that's backed up 100. They have great follow-through and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend their services. more
