I would advise anyone to be careful before paying any co-pays at this facility. They obtained the wrong information when checking to see how much of my deductible had been met., therefore resulting in a significant overcharge to me. This was indeed verified by my claims administrator at my company that I was overcharged. When I talked to the business office and asked for a refund they said that they would not do it until I was done with my treatment. This has created a financial burden on my family. I also learned that this has happened with other individuals who were treated at this facility. It appears to be a common practice to be overcharged and that the business office does not understand how to obtain the correct information when checking insurance benefits.........Please be cautious if you are treated at Valle Vista Health System. more

this place was horrible 4/7/2012

i went to thi hospital as a patient for residential. i had a security guard bust my skull open they let me lay in the bed and bleed for hours before they put a glue strip on my head. i have a crak and an indent for life. they were horrible. the brochurs lie, girls were raping eachother. it was sick i dont ever reccommend it ever. they will hold you down if you dont get along and let the other patients beat you. they are sick and should be shut down. more

Hospitals that lie 2/23/2009

I recently had a family member check themselves into Valle Vista, they did so on there own free will. The staff at first made us feel very comfortable and safe leaving our family member there. Trust me that all changed once we left. They did not do anything they were suppose to do, they lie to the paitents, and they think they are helping your loved ones. All age groups are together children, adolecents and adults all on the same unit. And I ask how safe is that. I would never send anyone there again. more
