This location has been home to many failed enterprises. The current occupants do a beautiful job with local Anchorage generic Tex-Mex with outstanding service that says ""we're glad you're here!""
C'mon in for good solid combo plates, great service, and an uncrowded quiet atmosphere. It is likely the owner will stop by several times to make sure everything is right, and if it isn't, he will make it so.
Great guacamole (how do they do it so consistently?) hot food, served fresh and promptly, with attentive but not overbearing service. If you're like me and you like a full glass of ice water, you will appreciate this.
They have a lunch buffet where it is way too easy to eat too much. Uncrowded and reasonably priced - a good place to be for a dose of comfort. Good for kids and small groups.
