Worst experience of my life 7/9/2011

My brother bought my mom a lift chair and she was to sick to go to valencia healthcare supply and try it so he paid for it and they delivered it. She could not use it, it was to big for her small size. We called back the next day and basically they said tough luck! They would not exchange it for a smaller one or return it, even though the receipt said 2 days and full refund. I talked with Joe and he was so rude! I will never buy anything for my mother there again. I have a new $1050.00 lift chair that she will never use, we had to buy a smaller one from another company. shame on them! more

Don't Waste Your Time Going Anywhere Else! 9/6/2009

Valencia Pharmacy is simply the best. My bi-weekly medication costs at least $450 at other pharmacies, only $320 at Valencia. All of the staff is kind and courteous (and attractive hah!), and they have quite an array of vitamins at dirt cheap prices as well. The staff is also very quick and competent, which is a rarity at pharmacies. If you live in Santa Clarita, don't waste your time going somewhere else. more

Great for medela! 1/7/2009

If you are nursing and you need medela pump accessories, valencia pharmacy is the place to go. They have everything you need. They also have various other medical supplies that may be more obscure, or they can order them for you. more

AWESOME SERVICE QUICK AND COURTEOUS 1/22/2008

I was so impressed by Valencia Pharmacy!! I have always went to the big chain pharmacies and was so frustrated by them not having my medications both for myself and my sons in stock - eventhough we get order the same medication every month. So, I took my prescription to Valencia Pharmacy and not only did they have my medication in stock but, they asked if I wanted to "wait" for the prescription. I'm use to at least an hour or so wait but, to my surprise it was ready in 10 minutes. I will never go back to the big chain pharmacy again! I was treated like a real paying customer and felt my business was valued by them. Also the staff was very friendly. A pleasure to do business with! more

The staff at Valencia Pharmacy is very helpful and quick. I usually go there after a doctors appointment to get any perscriptions I need because they are located right by the doctors office. They are very good about answering any questions you have. They are also good about checking to verify any other medications you are on for conflicts. more
