Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. Our service person (Johnny) was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and the cost for the repairs. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

They've came to my house like 4 times... One time for the sensors, the second time the springs, third time because the chain got stuck, and the fourth time (and hopefully last) to just replace the entire garage opener. It's relatively easy to make appointments and they can come within a day or two. It's not cheap but there's no choice since we have to move the cars in and out of the garage. more

This garage door company is the real deal. They were very prompt and professional. I don't give out 5 stars very often, but this is well deserved, great communication and follow-up. more

This company rocks! Initially, I was a bit put off because I left a voice mail message an no one returned my call. After calling back, I'll chalk it up to the receptionist/appointment maker. She was a bit frosty on the phone and seemed a little irritated for no reason. They were able to set up an appointment quickly, though. The guy who came out to my house was fantastic. We thought that we would have to replace the garage door opener since it looked completely inoperable and I knew the previous owners bought the house as a foreclosure. We were prepared to pay $359 plus tax but ended up only paying $99 because the tech was able to repair the current system. He was extremely knowledgeable. He spent hours fixing the current garage door opener, having to remount it, re-do the wiring, etc. I was incredibly impressed by his skill, knowledge, friendliness and ability to save us lots of money. I highly recommend this company! more

The technician, Oleg, arrived on time and quickly provided all options and pricing. Despite the freezing temperatures in January, he completed the work in a timely fashion. Absolutely no problems at any level. Price well worth the product and service. more

Colin did a great job and FAST. Quick response to my request for service and my garage door works better now and MUCH quieter than it was the day I bought the house ... a new house mind you. Also gave me plenty of tips to take care of the spring to make it last longer to keep the door quiet. Can't beat the service and very glad I read the other reviews here.
