Disappointed 5/29/2013

In the past, the diagnosis of the my car problems was prompt. However, today I was left waiting for two hours. I understand that sometimes you are busy, but had I known it would be two hours, I would have arranged for my son to come pick me up. Simply put, there was no communication telling me it was going to be two hours. Also, I felt that you were searching for other issues to fix to pad my bill. more

Very friendly and professional service. They will accept other business coupons. They even provide the customers with the following coffee, soda, water, and even a free hotspot in their customers waiting room. Excellent place, I will use them again. more

Great smog test station 6/14/2011

Could not believe I was in a Smog Shop. Courteous service, air conditioned waiting room with big comfy couches. They did my DMV renewal for free and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend. These guys have it perfected. more
