rude people 10/16/2010

I have to agree with the '07 reviews, especially till23's. These guys haven't changed much. Every time I go, I get glared at, and it makes me feel like I'm a huge inconvenience to these people. BUT, I keep going because, unfortunately, it's the only decent bike place here in Valdosta. However, I try to go out of town as much as I can whenever I have to go to a bike store. They are knowledgeable, and have a good reputation (quality-wise). It's just that customer service is essential in my book. more

Excellent Customer Service, Great Selection of Bikes 7/14/2008

Albeit this bike store is the only one in town, you won?t be disappointed with the friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Blake is the owner and is there every day, working on bikes and assisting customers. I read previous reviews on this store, and they weren?t so hot, so i decided to go in for myself to decide. Pros: Stores Hours, Bike Selection, Customer Service, Cons: None noted more

Knowledgeable staff, good service 6/12/2008

Got into bicycling three years ago, and have been hooked ever since. Highly impressed with honesty from staff, not pushy at all. They helped me pick out a bike that suited my needs and not a bike that broke the bank account. I was able to test ride the bike, and they fitted me for free. I have gotten three bikes from them since then and will continue to shop with them after I move in the furture. Pros: Honesty, and no BS just to make a sale Cons: Small shop, backed-up at times more

Good brand bikes sold by store but man is VERY RUDE. 6/20/2007

Our first experience with Valdosta bike was okay. One of the guys wasn't very friendly and the other was very nice and talkative. We have continured doing business with them and each visit gets better until here recently the very rude guy has gotten worse. He doesn't care about his customers. We are done doing business with them and will travel to another bike store. If you go to the bike shop beware as this guy has an awful attitude. Again one word RUDE. Pros: Carry Trek bikes and decent prices. Cons: Rude and oh did I mention RUDE. more

Rude, Rude, Rude... 2/7/2007

I've been riding bikes for years and just relocated to south georgia from upstate. i was extremely disappointed in the service that i got here. there was a shorter young man that was very stand- offish and acted like i was killing him by asking for his help. very suprising given his age; i would think that a young man like him trying to establish a business and reputation would be a little friendlier. i spend thousands on my cycling needs a year, but i will go out of town to spend that now. so much for southern hospitality. Pros: only bike center in area; good locality to other shopping Cons: awful service; snooty attitude; messy and unorganized more
