When we purchased a vacuum for commercial use over a year ago, we decided to invest in the best quality they offered. We knew that our vacuum would need service and we bought on a service basis. In otherwords, we kill vacuums and needed to buy one from a shop that would stand behind their product. Vacuum Doctor has done exactly that. They have always fixed minor issues, belts, brushes, filters, etc in a few minutes in the shop. A few days ago I dropped off a vacuum that wouldn't even turn on. Turns out it was a switch that protects the motor from overheating. Our guys did not put the bag correctly and so it fell off inside the vac, which blew construction cleanup dust directly into the filter, which could have overheated the vacuum except for that internal switch. Vacuum Doctor reset the switch, cleaned up the entire vacuum and filters, replaced a bumper we had destroyed.
