Vacaville Honda

We purchased a 2011 Honda Accord and unfortunately the paint was defective (from the factory-- probably in China). We returned the car to the Honda dealership where the Service Manager out-sourced the paint work to Cooks Collision (worst collision/paint shop anywhere) and the situation only got worse. It's an extremely unfortunate and unprofessional situation. I used to love Honda's and have been a proud Honda owner for the past 12 yrs but now I would not recommend purchasing a Honda to anyone, esp my family/friends. The unprofessionalism we experienced was unacceptable. I am a military member stationed at Travis AFB and have shared my experience with my co-workers, family and friends. I will deter as many people as possible from purchasing a Honda in the future, as well as taking their vehicle to Cooks Collision. Beware! more

15 Years of Great Since I purchased my first Accord from Larry Goss in 1994 to the Civic I just bought for my daughter this weekend, I've had great service. Larry is an awesome salesperson, helping me with lots of information, patience and very little pressure and the leasing package was very reasonable. Servicing has always been efficient and timely. I've never had any problems. Yes, they're a dealership and probably a bit more expensive than private mechanics but I feel I'm getting my money's worth because I'm dealing with experts. more
