Let?s start by saying this is a horrible place to live. Next, the office staff is the worst in the world, and maintenance is just as bad. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary! Anytime you call the office or emergency maintenance line no one answers nor calls back if you leave messages. I called two weeks straight 2x a day, both numbers, and never once did someone call me back. When I went to the office EVERYDAY they assured me they?d take care of the matter or send someone to my apt and nothing was ever taken care of and no one was ever sent. I even asked for a corporate number and they refused to give it to me! Once they even told me a corporate office didn?t even exist, and quite clearly it does! On the company website you can email corporate, but there?s no contact info other than the email box. I emailed corporate over 15x and all they ever did was forward my email to the office staff? Therefore nothing is ever accomplished. Finally after sending rude emails to corporate everyday they got so annoyed they sent me a corporate number? you know the one that didn?t exist. I moved in; in July and 3 days after I moved in my apt flooded due to a clogged a/c pump, which the maintenance man told me happens all the time, and it took 4days to fix. Less than a month later my shower was leaking, luckily water is included in rent and it?s a set fee, because it took them 2 weeks to come out and fix it. Than the maintenance man needed our help to move the stove? In the process he broke my cold knob and didn?t fix it. I also told him I thought there was a leak in the ceiling and he told me I didn?t know what I was talking about because I didn?t work in his field. He also didn?t even fix the leak in my shower? Two days after he came and did nothing my bathroom ceiling collapsed and fell through. A week later the maintenance supervisor came to fix it due to my complaint on the maintenance staff, will they mine as well have left it the way it was because when he was done it looked worse. I complained and complained, and complained finally they sent an outside contractor to fix it. He did a decent job but never came back to finish it. For the next 4 months I dealt with a half fixed ceiling, a leaking shower, a leaking bathroom sink, a clogged garbage disposal, a dishwasher that didn?t work, and constant flooding of my apt. Finally in December (problems which have gone on since JULY!) two different contractors came ripped my walls out, re did all the pipes in the walls (half of which were rotted), put in new walls and a new ceiling, and sent a cleaning service over. One of the men from the cleaning service informed me he?s been coming to this apt complex, especially my particular apt for flooding!!! What a joke!!! The neighbors are rude, the noise is uncontrollable, the neighborhoods ?courtesy officers? do absolutely nothing, and 5 yr old kids walk around like thugs threatening adults! The worst part is I have always paid my rent on time, sometimes a couple weeks before rent was due and for 3 months I have been harassed by the apt staff and their lawyers stating I have never paid rent. I bring in all my receipts so they can fix it and they never do. The property manager informed me that their system was messed up and this was happening to everyone and even though they knew their system was messed up and we paid on time they sent our info to their lawyers. Also they told me I didn?t pay all of February 2011s rent so I told them to prove it because I had my receipt and they printed out a bill stating a owed a $25 application fee, but I?ve been here since July 2010! So basically these people are scam artist who try to ruin your credit and make you pay money you don?t owe so they can make personal profit.
