DON'T GO HERE! THEY WILL WHACK OFF YOUR HAIR LIKE THEY DID MINE!!! In Nov of '08 I went in for a hair cut. I had been in 2 other times, so thought I could trust the stylist with my hair. I spefically told her to take off 1 1/2 inches, I even held up my fingers to show her how much to take off! During the whole time I was there, she was incessantly talking to the lady next to her about the new gambling casino. When I looked to the floor, I say my hair, over 6 inches gone! My hair used to go to my waist, now it was above my shoulder blades! Imagine my panic! I still had conditioner caked to the back of my head, up to my ears! She didn't even wash my hair completely. It was awful. I ended up speaking to the owner, who told me that my hair would grow back an inch a month. What a lie! I confronted her about this, she said nothing, and then said ""I can't give you your hair back"" and was rude. Wow. I suggested that she could pay for hair extensions. Reason being, it took me years to grow my hair, and in a short while someone lops if off and then expects that giving me my money back and saying ""sorry"" is going to be enough? I told her that I am the one who has to deal with this everyday for the next two years (if I am lucky) until I have my hair back. She then said she would purchase hair extensions. Do you think I have my hair extensions now? No. That is why I am writing this review. It has been over 5 months and nothing. Any time I have called to follow up, I am met with rudeness. The stylist made excuses that my hair was unhealthy, so she said it needed to be cut off! She is a liar. Even the employee at the front desk went back to look at scraps of my hair and found it to be healthy. Don't go here, they lie, the management is rude, the owner lies and the stylist... who may decide for you how short your hair should be!
Pros: I thought it was ok, because I had been there 2 other times
Cons: They don't care if they ruin your hair.
